Terms of Service

By accessing or using craftpixel3d.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Product descriptions, colours and dimensions are provided in good faith. Because items are handcrafted and 3D-printed, minor variations are normal and part of the character of each piece. Custom projects are produced to your specification based on a written brief; we will confirm scope, price and lead time before starting work.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include or exclude VAT depending on your location, as indicated. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown before you confirm your order. Import duties or local taxes for international orders are your responsibility.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. By placing an order you authorise the charge for the order total.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example, in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues) and will refund any amount already paid.

If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email hello@craftpixel3d.com with your order number.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (custom projects), in accordance with Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and shipped back within 14 days of notifying us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We provide the statutory legal warranty of conformity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the Site (designs, images, text, logos) is owned by CraftPixel3D or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other IP laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including: attempting to breach security, scraping at a scale that disrupts the service, reselling our products in a way that misrepresents their origin, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order.
